Privacy Notice

This notice applies to the TrueGrit AI company website at truegrit.dev and to TrueGrit AI applications or integrations that link directly to it.

Labee and AttyMate may provide additional product-specific notices. A product-specific notice controls for that product where it describes a different or more specific practice.

Website visits and analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process ordinary request, security, and diagnostic information—such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested URL, timestamp, and security events—to deliver and protect the site.

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated page-view and interaction measurements. Vercel describes this service as privacy-focused and cookie-free. We use it to understand page performance and consultation-link activity, not for cross-site advertising profiles. The site serves its fonts locally and does not request them from Google Fonts.

Scheduling

If you choose a consultation link, your browser leaves truegrit.dev and opens Calendly, an independently operated scheduling service. Calendly may process your contact details, scheduling preferences, device information, cookies or similar technologies, and any information you submit under its own privacy notice. TrueGrit AI receives the booking information needed to respond and hold the meeting.

The current scheduling destination is Calendly. Review the Calendly Privacy Notice before submitting information.

Authorized social integrations

If you authorize a TrueGrit AI application through TikTok, LinkedIn, or another social platform, we process only the information permitted by the scopes you approve and needed for the requested feature. This may include member or organization identifiers, administrator authorization, content you direct the application to manage, OAuth tokens, permission records, and technical logs.

We do not receive your social-platform password. The platform controls the authorization screen and identifies requested permissions before approval.

Information you provide directly

If you contact us or schedule a meeting, we receive the information in your message or booking, your contact details, and anything else you choose to include.

• Provide the website, consultation, application, or authorized integration you request;
• Authenticate users and verify organization or Page authority;
• Perform an action you direct and verify its result;
• Measure page and consultation-link performance;
• Secure, monitor, debug, and improve service reliability;
• Respond to questions and privacy requests; and
• Comply with applicable law and platform rules.

We do not use authorized social-platform data to build advertising profiles, target advertising, or make unrelated eligibility decisions.

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers that host, secure, schedule, measure, or support the service; to a platform that completes an authorization or request you initiate; to authorized representatives of your organization; for legal and safety needs; or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable requirements.

Current website providers may include Vercel for hosting and privacy-focused analytics, and Calendly for optional consultation scheduling. Calendly's own privacy notice governs the information it processes when you follow the scheduling link.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, service security, necessary records, or legal obligations. OAuth tokens are retained only while needed for an authorized connection.

To request deletion, email contact@truegrit.dev. Include enough information to identify the relevant connection, but do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify your identity or authority.

You may withdraw a platform authorization through that platform’s connected-app settings. Revoking access prevents new API access but may not by itself delete information already retained; contact us to request deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how we handle personal information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. TrueGrit AI and its providers may process information in the United States or other countries, using appropriate transfer safeguards where required.

The website and services covered by this notice are intended for professional and business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these services.

Links to scheduling providers, social platforms, Labee, AttyMate, GitHub, or other services lead to independently operated sites. Their terms and privacy notices govern their practices.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service, law, or platform requirements. We will post the revised notice at this URL and update the effective date, with additional notice where required.
